BananaRa Muffins

Cook Time: 30 min 

Serving: Makes 12 muffins 

Ingredients:  2 1/2 cups flour 

                      1 1/4 cup brown sugar

                      1/2 cup oil

                      1/2 cup water

                      1 1/2 tsp baking soda

                      1 tsp salt

                      3/4 tsp baking powder

                      2 large eggs

                     1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

                     1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

                     3 medium bananas (ripe)

                     12 tbsp Granola (any kinds)

                     3/4 cup of raspberries

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter the muffin pan. 

In a food processor, beat the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar to combine. In a separate bowl mash the 3 medium bananas, and add oil, water and eggs beat with a whisker to combine. Add banana mix to the dry ingredient and beat all ingredients together for a minute.

Place in muffin pan to make 12 equal sized muffins. Add fresh raspberries and 1 tbsp of granola on batter for each muffin. 

Bake for 30 mins. 

Enjoy an afternoon snack with your children, serve them a cup of milk and pour yourself a hot cup of coffee!
